On one of my online profiles, I have the following, paraphrased from a book I read a while ago:
I’m like a swamp. You can’t see where you’re stepping and sooner or later, you just know you’re going to get stuck in quicksand. And the more you struggle to get free, the deeper you get sucked in.
Today, the friend who knows me the best, said, “You are a swamp, Christy.”
To say I’m a complicated creature is an understatement.
Gotta love some swamp-people.
Mhmm.
We make life interesting. Or at least never dull. ;p
