hello, world

I left the window open last night, which explains why it’s 60 degrees in here this morning.

Brrrr.

Up at 7 a.m. to attend a breakfast.  Yawn.  I’d much rather be sleeping, especially since my students are coming over tonight and will probably be here until midnight-ish…  It’s going to be a full day.  :)  I’m just hoping the coffee kicks in soon…

Clean.

Work.

Host student meeting.

Life sometimes surprises me.  Or in living it, I wonder if I’m living out a dream.

Maybe it’s just the early morning version of Christy, but sometimes, when reflecting upon things, I think, “Really?!”

I’m sometimes overwhelmed by the enormous task of staying in close contact with six other siblings as they all become adults…I’m not even sure if it’s possible…and on some level, that makes me quite sad.
