sleep, it does a body good

I went to bed at 6 p.m.; woke up naturally at 2 a.m. and forced myself to go back to sleep at 3:30 a.m., waking up at 7:30 a.m.
Wow. That nap turned out to be a little longer than I expected. ;)
I must have really needed it.

I didn’t get as much done yesterday as I would have liked, but oh well.
